Cancelation Policy

Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled experience start time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours before the start time are non-refundable and cannot be accommodated.All cut-off times are based on the local time of the experience.This experience is weather-dependent. In the event of cancellation due to poor weather conditions, guests will be offered the option to reschedule for a different date or receive a full refund
